Version 0.4 uploaded! 25 more effects added + more fixes

The 8-bit sound effect pack has been updated with 25 more sound effects, so now there's a total of 125 effects available! I included more ringtones and misc effects, as well as several attack SFX and bubble sound variations, and a new victory jingle. 5 more effects were added to the free version.

There were also several quality of life fixes, like removing empty space at the end of many files and more volume edits. If you notice any mistake, notify me and I'll fix it in the next update.
